As to the numbers, I just want to have an idea what to expect. Not to hot, not too cold, Juuuuuuust right! I find it inconceivable that a large company would go with a mom and pop operation if they have a chance to go with a renowned national entity, even if it costs a bit more. The stakes are so high here. But as to the rates, I didnt guess them, I just used what Jenkins has been saying. JDN
