Bosco: A great meal need digestive time. I appreciate the combo have the best communications etc and that should reduce the time. However it is likely it will take atleast +18 mths for the two to tango together as one.

In brief , in round one of the big is better game, BAY and NT have a head start. Once they establish that their marriage works they will be better placed to expand.

I think it would be a disaster for NT to take on another large acquisition at this time.
