Wayne, I should inform you that I already own New Zealand. If you are looking to fill out your portfolio in that part of the world, I think that I could make you quite a deal. You will find also that I own the Great Barrier Reef, so if you plan on vacationing off your new beaches any where at all, you will have to deal with me sooner or later.

PS: I should also inform you that while you may have purchased the surface rights to Australia, I own all the mineral rights.
