It appears BETT is laying the foundation for a media blitz that will bring new investors into BETT. Much of this media will surround the Mobile Commerce Conference next week in London 6/23 - 6/24.

I can't imagine Hughes going into that Conference without a working solution. Of course I'm assuming the demo will be on the level. Which means that bank deal is already done, they are just waiting for the appropriate time to announce.

I guess one of my questions, is what will Hughes bet on. I can think of nothing better than a World Cup soccer game being played that day. If he has the smarts and technology to do that, then he will draw international attention.

Two near term events have be mentioned for BETT, that to be pulled off favorably require a higher stock price. These are new financing and NASDAQ listing. I believe financing will happen first and because of NASDAQ requirements I don't see how listing can happen within the next 6 mos.

Anyway, if price stays at 1/8 can you imagine how many shares they would have to authorize to land $5 million in cash. That's right, over 60 million shrs. I don't see that happening. My guess, and this is just a guess, they will authorize to 25 million shrs and work within that constraint. Thus you see how important it is for BETT to get its price up. They better have a working solution that is deployable is all I can say.
