Hi John, The conf. call was confirmed for June 30 and I believe the excitement is based on something stronger than rumor. I still don't have exact numbers but have heard that the new battery could be 40 - 50% higher performance than the earlier version that had been extensively tested and met the requirements of two major OEM's. Ironically, we most likely would have a contract or two by now based on the previous technology and the stock would be in the teens if they hadn't improved the battery! I was told that Valence has hired an Investor Relations person for Henderson because things are expected to get very busy in that department. (The current IR firm are outsiders that handle news releases etc for several companies). I also understand the current IR firm is now stating that Valence couldn't be more pleased with the performance of the new batteries. I doubt if they would be allowed to say this if there was a chance it wasn't true! Regards, FMK
