I guess I see your argument regarding the structure of the shell being attractive, but that seems like very little basis to make a bet on. Without Arcon, there's no story....no plan....no potential future revenue...only hopes and dreams. God, I hope I'm wrong about this, because I really don't want to sell for a significant loss at this point, and yet I don't want to hang on and watch the remainder of my investment go up in vapours either.
