To All, I heard yesterday from a very reliable source, but lets call it a rumor for now, that the Start treaty will be taken care of by the end of this month. Bob will be returning to Washington soon. Also the Columbia deal is pretty much a done deal. I'm hopeing my info is legit. It should be, but please consider this a strong rumor for now.
