JDN: According to this message their are a LOT of LARGE company's that have not addressed the Y2K problem:

'But of the 1,200 or so companies listed on the ASX, only 60 or 70
had filed
disclosures of their year 2000 readiness, Mr Newman said.

"The suppression of vital information may satisfy the parochial
objective of legal
protection but it is harmful to the national Y2K project," he said.

Mr Newman also heads the federal Government's Year 2000
steering
committee designed to co-ordinate government and industry
responses to the
problem.

He said company disclosures must be "detailed and meaningful
rather than
simply complying with a standard boiler plate".

The big internet conference with the Big 8 starting next week should help all Y2K company's even ALYD!
