Reuters spelt it out fairly clearly that today's high tech buying was mostly done by the hedge fund managers who normally closed out the year at the end of November. The proceeds from such sales went straight to glamour stocks such as INTC/MSFT/CSCO for window dressing. Ibexx PS:I can't wait to see what the December window dressing will do to big cap techs.
