I found it interesting. I thought I had given the link directly to the page with all the information only to check this morning and found I did not. For those that where unable to get to the place I was trying to take you to; in brief here is what it says:

Between 6-96 and 5-98

Insider buys: = 95,200 shares totaling $ 363,415.00
Insider sells plus 144's: = 1,139,130 shares totaling $ 5,372,542.00

* Note: 50,000 of the buy shares where from one of the new BOD's. It was mentioned in a few posts a while back. Basically that reduces all the buys down to 45,200 shares for the last two years.

No wonder the price never goes anywhere. Would you invest in a company that shows no faith in its own product.

Also, I called R.J. Faulkner this morning to try and get any information. As of three months ago they are no longer representing Alfacell. Reason, hinted Alfacell was trying to save money.

If I only had a scud missile !!!!!!!!!!!!

Temporarily out of lurking mode,

G. Lamb
