Dear H. Wai: I dont know where it was released from and I think it was maybe 3 days ago cant be absolutely sure and didnt make a mental note of it. What struck my fancy, and why I remembered it at all, was the way CNBC picked up on it. Only mentioned the negative not the whole statement and I thought to myself, TYPICAL. I cant recall exactly how he worded it but something to the effect (after the negative part) that doesnt mean we wont meet the current projection. Sorry, I cant be of anymore help but I wasnt thinking that I would have to recall it later. JDN
