You really have something there. If I understand you correctly, using your system you have a 3:1 return rate over a buy and hold in an index mutual fund back testing ten years. This could be a terrific thing for 401K investing as the conventional wisdom is that the market is impossible to time. I've gone to cash/money market or treasury fund several times with mixed results.

Please post as many details as you feel comfortable.

And thanks for your explanation of convertible debt an its implication on short interest.
