My thoughts on this deal is MU's competition is also getting "free" cash. Free Government funds flowing to corporations in asia in order to keep the industry alive. I fought this one during my career, when Japan was flooding free cash to our competitors. We could not last. US companies just can not fight this kind of game over the long haul. Joan
