Corey and Ian, any thoughts on this acquisition now that the dust has
settled a bit and the arbitrage crowd has done their damage. Ian
you had inquired about ISLI's losses in previous years and I know at
least one knowledgeable person is on vacation now so apologize for no
one getting back to you. Management had missed some of their numbers
over the past few years and Wall Street gave up on them. I think they
have incurred some increased expenses in their product development and
marketing areas which hopefully will now pay them back. Management
has been encouraging and making the numbers and they have projected
out to continue to do so. I think it is a matter of both sides having
to digest what the other brings to the table. There is an excellent
post on the ISLI thread linking to an article about the acquistion.
The article is very bullish. What would be nice is to see the
European markets lift MIFGY next week so that confidence comes back.
