Joe, if you notice in many companies that are warning they are saying the fourth quarter will be profitable. This coincides with many analysts and pundits calling for a turn around in techs/semiconductor stocks by the end of the year.

I think the recent high prices in SFLX and AFLX and others were in anticipation of the turn around and the end of the three year cycle as being this quarter, but with Asia now they pushed it back 2 quarters.

Those more in the know and with more global understandings seemed to have called it right, by evaluating the effects of Asia accurately, and said the latter half of the year would be the turn for technology.
