al sickofit, You ask if everyone is a crook. No. Joe Lanza is a crook. So is his wife, Jayne (aka rattlesnake). Why is the stock up. Because Joe Lanza is out, for one reason. Also, because maybe (I hope not), Je is trying to buy back a controlling share of the company. Al, in my humble opinion, good things are happening. And you are right: WHERE IS THE 10-K?? AUDIT?? TJS
