management declared a possible share buyback in early '98, however, instead, personally borrowed [without recourse] $ from SWEBF and purchased SWEBF shares [personally]...NOW IS THE TIME TO INITIATE A SHARE BUYBACK IF ONLY TO KEEP THE BID ABOVE $1/SHARE AND INSURE SWEBFs NASDAQ NMS LISTING.
