After the completion of the buyback, the float was at 2 million shares, per Sitra.
Colin stated in the conference call that he and his family are using their take from the dividend to buy more shares of the company.
At latest count 2,193,122 shares have been purchased by reporting investors at home.inreach.com -- you have to assume that a few have sold some shares, but this count is probably more accurate than not. Factor in also that "Nutstoo" has filed a 13-D and holds 647,000 shares not reported at the site. This brings you to 2,840,122 purchased from a 2M float. What is NOT considered is whatever buying has come in from Colin and family, Bobby Moody who, if he is who we believe he is, is the 10th richest man in the State of Texas, and is now an outside director of TGSK. This should pretty well end any speculation as to whether or not there is a short! Furthermore, on the listed site, 772,000 shares have been called into safekeeping or physical possession, and again this does not include Colin and others, who are certainly calling them in (as should anyone who is serious about this stock, IMO). Lastly, the 504's, which were beaten to death in numerous previous posts, were included in the original calculation of the float.
Hope this helps. MMs and Canadian shorts are swimming in deep, shark-infested waters!
I am in for another 4500 today, if it fills. I intend to keep buying as long as this opportunity lasts. |
