Okay, I'll take the first shot.

1) Take off that silly looking apron. Hides your pot belly.
2) Quit telling falsehoods.
3) Provide telephone numbers and mailing address that are real.
4) Tell your receptionist every time she answers the phone not to answer it: "Good morning, Joe's Pawn Shop and Laundry"
5) Get rid of the tattoo
6) Happier employees= Better Customer Service. Pay them more than the minimum

Enough is enough!!!!!!!
