Shaq,

We've been busy knocking off FortuNet locations. Picked up another one yesterday.

I have no idea about the AGTI split. I have been thinking about it, but can't think of a reason to take that step. My personal opinion is that anyone providing financing to AGTI will wipe out existing shareholders and force a major haircut with existing creditors. For the shareholders sake, I hope I am wrong, but given the state of their balance sheet I can't see anyone lending them money.

I think some people may have become worried at the NRAG 10K information. The company sent me some information, but I am still digesting at this point.

As for MGAM, I think the legal assault is taking a toll. As near as I can tell the MegaMania game continues to do quite well, but the margins are tight for MGAM. MGAM needs to get a quick (favorable) opinion as the the nature of the MegaMania game (Class II or III). Gordon Graves is a pretty sharp guy, so I wouldn't count him out just yet.
