COMMENT (June 19, 1998):

The rumor on the SEMI merger is heating up on the Street. The Street seems to wake up and
accumulate big time! Hold tight, we may see $3-4/share next week!

Happy Father's Day and have a great weekend!

ALERT (June 18, 1998)

Tomorrow morning, we will release a pick for readers of Trader's Paradise. As this pick should be
considered both investment and momentum play, please check Trader's Paradise Home Page
tomorrow morning If you are interested!

COMMENTS (June 16, 1998):

If you bought SOFT (NASDAQ) last November on our recommendation at $1.625-1.675. It is
time to take some money off the table. We don not believe SOFT can go as high as $10 by the end
of this year. It is about 300% return within seven months if you take profits now.

SEMI (NASDAQ) looks good, it should be in the range of $3-4 by the end of this year. Trailing
PE is about 12.5, while industry average PE is about 40. We should be able to double our money
within 8 months. The shares are up about 30% from when we recommended SEMI on April 16 at
$1.625. In addition, SEMI is still a takeover target. If so, it can be worth much more, at least $5.

When the market is going up, people are looking for momentum. People, however, are looking for
value when the market is going down. This is why we believe undervalued small- and micro-cap
stocks will well outperform the market. Nothing is fancy here, just more thorough!
