y en strengthens: The yen has reached 134.36 against the dollar, strengthening ahead of this weekend's meetings between the G-7 deputy finance ministers meeting this weekend in Tokyo. There is pressure on Japan to come up with a comprehensive banking reform package. If one does occur, the yen might strengthen further, but without some concrete action, the yen might weaken after the weekend....
