Do you think Diamond's Banshee will use the Monster brand? I hope it doesn't use the Stealth. I think the Stealth brand has too many iterations and that the TDFX effect could be lost to confusion. How many people know the defense between the Stealth II S220, the Stealth II G460, etc., etc.?
The other thing to do would be to brand it as the Diamond Banshee? What's wrong with that? It's a cool name, and if Banshee is going to be a family we could have the Banshee 8000, 16000, 32000, etc. It would be great if they could get Creative to use the Banshee name, too. Sort of like a Dell Pentium, Gateway Pentium. What kind of Pentium do you have?
We must not lose the TDFX brand to stupid marketing.
