Hello E,

I thought of something to remind you about as far as Sonny. Drinking plenty of water is very important especially in this very hot weather and during exercise and when one does not drink enough it can effect the hydration system of the body which in turn can raise the blood pressure and heart rate. Also alcohol and caffeine, in soft drinks and coffee, act as diuretics and can also dehydrate the body. Salt of course is another culprit. I just thought I would remind you of this as I think that I remember Sonny saying that he sometimes forgot to drink enough water.
