Dear beach3 - thx for the info. Not sure if I want to listen to Mr Cramer [and is Mr Greenburg the former associate?] though. I thought the Street.com was *owned* by Mr Cramer, so it doesn't sound like independent collaborations.

note: it is always a possibility for the deal to be called off, so I am not saying one way or another.
