GREAT TELECONFERENCE CALL The call opened with Jim Deegan telling all that Merit, Interaxx and Intelliworxx are working together for the betterment of Interaxx and its investors. All previous problems have been addressed and worked out. It was also announced that ALL proposals put forward by Merit have been adopted and will be set in place. These cannot be discussed at this time. Both Kevin Rodgers and Mike Jonas from Intelliworxx were on the call to explain the good news that the prototype computer that INTEL asked them to build has been completed and that Intel called to commend them on the short amount of time it took them to complete. Intel will carry the ball now with VISTEON (FORD). Mr. Rodgers also let it be known that he will have a house guest the first week of July from AEROGAME. It was felt that orders for some of our products should start generating revenues in the third quarter of this year. There is alot going on behind the scenes to strengthen the relationships of our joint ventures and this is all good. Nothing but positive vibes from this call. Have a great weekend!!!
