A "gap up" is where the opening price for a stock is higher than the closing price the previous trading day. Interpreted as -- there was so much buying pressure that people bid the price up before even trading could commence.

As mentioned, this is generally considered to be a bullish indication.

In the case of IMNR, the highest price it has traded at within the last year (52 preceding weeks) was 15 1/8 on June 12th.

Breaking 52-week highs is considered bullish.

And if the stock opens on Monday *above* 15 1/8, in other words instantaneously creating a new 52-week high, then that would be tremendously bullish.

Hope this helps.
