What a pathetic press release... Are these guys LIARS or what?? On 9/10/97 they issued the press release on the formation of Omega Mortgage that stated it was headed by a Debra Seymour with fifteen years of experience in the mortgage biz and Toby Potter who booked 7 million in biz at his last firm... Today they say they are searching for qualified people for Omega... Where did these two go??, we were told NOTHING about their departure... On 8/7/97 the released an update on the Woodview Heights Project... Today they are telling us less houses have been built to date then they stated in that release... Three houses built in a year?? I am witnessing a new development going up close to my house and the builder is averaging four completed home every eight weeks... What did these guys do with all the money they raised when they went public?? I am e-mailing copies of those 8/7, and 9/10/97 to the SEC as I have filed a complaint on JAXI... We now all own a worthless stock and I think MANAGEMENT has SOME EXPLAINING TO DO...
