Yeh, that was the point I was trying to make. I've got one focus these days concerning MIDL, and that is candidates for acquisition. You have mentioned many times that you were sold on this investment because of the structure of the shell, long before the acquisition of Arcon. What is it about the structure of the MIDL shell that gives you this confidence?
