Robert, thanks, and good digging! Kinda confirms things I've been saying for the last month. Although I don't think this buying opportunity will be around forever, I do think Semi equipment prices will stay depressed for

(1) the rest of the summer (due to all of the uncertainty in the industry right now and the news that will be coming out in the preannouncements and announcements during the rest of the quarter,) or

(2) until we see some real sign (like actual reforms) that the situation in Asia (read Japan) has stabilized. I think US involvement there is inevitable, but there may be some tough negotiating first, with several opportunities for the market to worry (and slam prices) about whether it (the recovery) will happen or not. By the way, as I've been saying, the leaders in this part of the world keep pushing the Asian recovery out farther and farther into the future. Tung Chee Wah (the Chief Executive of HK) was in Australia this last week and is now predicting a slow recovery for the region beginning in 3-5 years.

We now have 11 days left until we return!!! Oh happy day!!
