This group chose to remain committed to the wrong company. That hurt.
This group is the toughest group out there, period. I had hoped the majority of us would have moved to a more ideal candidate, as they are out there. Real companies with real employees, operations, sales, purchases, income tax,(paid)...
The fundamentals do matter, especially when the company is violating
standards established by the governing agencies. It is best when one learns the company is flat out lying to the public to move on, because the consequences have been consistent. That message fell on deaf ears.
The SEC does an excellent job. There are just too many companies to cover. The budget restricts further governance and that is why we as individuals by reporting these companies can improve the market in which we invest and trade.
It is difficult to communicate on this thread, I think we can all appreciate that. It is too bad things got way out of hand, the focus became personal attacks instead of information, denial instead of recognition.
Now is the time for cool heads to prevail, someone to step up and lead your group to final action. There is much that can be done so that if the group does not try one last blitzkrieg, then at least you will walk away knowing that you did so correctly. There are different options to consider.
I am sure many of us regret the style or presentation of some of our posts during these long months, but we all have one thing in common, we are stubborn. I also believe the great majority are honest individuals.
