Mr. Wes, OH LORDY! What is becoming of this company and the mental state of the shareholders? I am flabbergasted at the insinuations that have been posted. What is going on here? It might be a wise idea if everyone took a moment and agree if you can't post statements that are intelligent and informative, then you should not be here at all. None of us have factual evidence that Mr. Lanza has done anything detrimental to this company. You are coming to the conclusion he has because of what the management has said. They haven't produced any documentation that backs up their statements. Therefore, disparaging remarks are immature at this time and could have negative ramifications. Have you ever considered the notion that Mr. Lanza is being straight? Even if you doubt at this very moment, let's suppose he is? Where does that leave you? Just think about it. On a slightly different subject, does anyone know what came of the 10-K? Milton
