Your are talking about Chapter 7 right when you speak of order of bankruptcy settlement? I thought chapter 11 just gives them time to reorganize and re-work debt, protection from creditors.

Chapter 7 wouldn't only happen if Chapter 11 didn't work out....right??? Then we would have to talk about order of who gets whats left. Am I getting this? ... Steve
