What justifies a presumption that the IPO will not dilute -- and perhaps very substantially dilute -- the 23% stake you cite? To me, but I could be wrong... the CEO! From MY standpoint "and I stress MY" he has too much to lose by any further dilution. Also, at this point (the filing) I dont think he is afforded that luxury. Please correct if I am wrong. Don
