The S-1 was approved by the SEC today!!!!

With this done the "QUIET PERIOD" so-to-speak is over. We have been getting some information in "letters to the shareholders", but who knows if there are any more developments to be announced?

FOR INSTANCE: earlier this month the Deputy Director of the
Chornobyl(sic) Shelter Project, Artur Korneev held a press conference in Washington. Mr. Korneev is very familiar with EKOR foam and its potential use at Reactor #4. But "WE" heard nothing! Darn quite period.

Next press conference, and I want it to make the cover of TIME magazine! (g)

BUT The unfortunate news is that the Company released an announcement this afternoon saying that the Company is getting no $$$ as a result of any shares that might be sold under the S-1.
.
Unfortunately the Company did NOT think to mention what the shares WERE ACTUALLY FOR. The Company ALREADY received MILLIONS of $$$ and SERVICES and has used them to get to where they are today.
.
To PAY for those SERVICES the Company issued the STOCK that is listed in the S-1. And MILLIONS of $$$ were paid to the Company on the condition that the STOCK would be included in this K-1.
.
So to "forget" to mention this, could mislead some people, and we may see a SELL-OFF on Monday. Had the S-1 been completed BEFORE the $$$ was given to Eurotech, then they wouldn't have been able to say that they wont get any $$$ from the sale of the stock.

Eurotech already got their $$$$~!!!!
