3, you don't need to post the pic, I believe you. Dell & everyone else have been trying to increase their gov't biz.

But if someone was using a 286 yesterday, they will be using their new PC at least for the next 10 years. The replacement cycle is going to go off the roof and the PC makers are going to go south... sad, but true.
