Thomas, I have to say that I have been trading the "5 Day Momentum Method" with good success. The book is well worth the money, it will pay for itself. The one thing you must keep in mind when you trade the system is to follow the rules! Cooper lays it out step by step on how to select the stocks and how to trade the system. I have traded options with this strategy (Jeff tells you how to do this also) both stocks and indexes. Greg
