Gary, a search of the IBM Patent Server which "lets you access over 26 years of U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) patent descriptions" indicates Stratacom has 21 issued patents Cisco has 19 issued patents This includes very recently issued patents, but does not include patents which have been applied for, but not yet issued. If you know of any other Cisco subsidiaries, you can check them out at patents.ibm.com Also of note, Ascend - 2 issued patents Cascade - 2 issued patents
