Dwight, PMFJI, but maybe you can answer a question for me. It is my understanding that after the initial sale of stock plus any additional sale of stock by Novell, the buying and selling of shares is between the shareholders and new investors (with the brokers in between of course): therefore, Novell would not benefit from my purchase or sale of Novell shares directly.

So, how can the case be made that the shareholders are putting up the money to employ the workers?

Regards,

Elmo
