Mr. Lamar you said: "The FDA accomplishes this by delay and expensive testing, but the real reason is to let enough foreigners use the drug first." Question 1. How do foreigners get the drug? Does Pfizer sell it in other countries but not U.S.A.? 2. Does Pfizer continue testing it in other countries and FDA accepts the test result? Just trying to find out about the system. Thanks
