As a Private Investor: Well I would prefer a company with solid proven assets and revenues with already audited financials myself. If they do a deal with John I would want all patents and contracts verified prior to giving out shares restricted or other wise also a clear uncondition assignment of rights to the MIDL and shareholders. GB
