The question we should all be asking ourselves is; does Noam have what it takes to get this company's sales to 1 billion by the end of 1999? I think he does.I think he has revs to 90 million basically as we speak,and with fiberonics and current products, 200 milloin in 1997 will be a cake walk.Ask me what I think a year from now.1 billion is only 2.5% of dataquest's 38 billion$ fast ethernet sales projection for 2000. With partners like Intel and fujitsu and growth contious CEOs like Lotan,I dont think you can fail. The wild card is gigabit. If it is well received we gotta billion dollar baby(and I am not talking mkt cap). The fiberonics deal cost 22,000,000 in cash and 160,000,000 million in mkt capitalization, when we look back I believe that will have been a cheap price to pay for MRVC setting itself up to compete for the next four years. I look forward to major coverage and the gap between this companies valuation and peers to be closed. WE could have bought all the COMS we wanted at 7$ adjusted for splits back in 93, and it looked pretty ugly on the charts.Who would have thought? I aint missing this one. KOVICH
