Being late with news or announcements has almost been the norm for TSIS since I've been following the stock. Investors have been led to believe announcements are imminent only to be disappointed by the delays. In the end they have always come. So we wait another week. Even when they come, don't expect a jump in the price. Hasn't happened up to now. Don't know what it will take to do it.
