Yes, I think you are right. I have seen other market "technicians" comment the last day or two that they see signs the market could rally in the near future. Like you, I don't think it will be a lot, but 20 to 30 percent looks good. I think we are going to be in a trading range for the next 3 to 6 months - some weeks up and some weeks down. Maybe do like it did during the first part of the year when it would be up for 2 to 3 weeks and then down for 2 to 3 weeks.

I think we need some stability in Asia before the semis do much of anything. Japan has to get right with the rest of the world before much of anything good will happen. Incidentally, did you catch WSW tonight? Frank Capiello said he would put his money in 2 places. One was retail and the other was semiconductor "chips". He thought they had bottomed out.
