Happy Bird Day Mike, ADVR has a bloated float of 268 MILLION shares and is at the .40 range, except when they discover the cure for HIV, which is every other third weekend: Surely our rinky dink QUASI Govt SOE has a value even with the dilution factor. Plus if Uncle Sugar's deep pockets are in place, maybe this off, off broadway play will become a hit, ala "Springtime for Hitler"...that is , in spite of itself. Howzat for wishful thinking?
