David: a pretty bold statement and allegation unless you know more than most about what positions the hedge fund has taken. If you do, I, and I expect a lot of other people as well, would sure be interested in knowing not just the positions but how you know (Cramer might be particularly interested in this part of it). Moreover, since Cramer has NO input into or control over the editorial content of thestreet.com (other than what he personally authors), I wonder what factual basis you have for the claim that he "uses" it to promote the hedge funds positions.

Sounds to me more like you are claiming that he is involved in fraudulent and criminal activity than you are simply expressing an opinion. Statements of alleged facts don't become opinions simply by prefacing them with "In my opinion." If you want to express an opinion based on facts, have at it. If you want to express opinion as fact, you had better be able to back it up or you have crossed the proverbial line.

My opinion -- based on the lack of facts in your post -- is that unless you can do the former, you should retract the latter.
