I agree with your first point where there is an appearance running ANDW like it's their own little empire, i.e. they don't have to answer to anybody.

In the long term horizon, I am CONCERN. If you look at sales for the last two years, the growth rate is flat at best. (Try the smartmoney website.) Correct me if I am wrong, I think the Asia crisis started last July. This does not reflect a company that is on the move. I like the industry but not the company at this point. I'm afraid the worst has yet to come!
