I posted this message on Yahoo last night.

I would be very cautious at this point.
A thought to think about:

Ask yourself this question: "Does the outlook today look bright for day and utilization rates?
What do you feel the market for boats will be the day TMAR reports their second quarter
earnings? And the day after when they have their conference call?"
Remember their last conference call analysist will realize that TMAR may not have met
their reading of the second quarter, which will make them question the company's
responses to questions presented to them at the upcoming conference call.

I think this sector is still too shaky to invest in. I bought TMAR @ 27+ and sold @ 17+. I
bit the bullet (thank goodness). I will be rebuying but not till I am certain the SECTOR has
turned even if it means buying back at 17.

I heard that TDW has 25 boats tied up. (not verifiable). I also heard that TMAR
management is in South America. (not verifiable)
I know that TMAR fell 10% today on fairly heavy volume which is not a good sign.
Someone knows something. The former owners of Savik are holding almost 4 million
shares. They could be selling, which would not be a good sign. Until we really KNOW
what is going on we need to be carefull.

Wednesday I got a call from a broker on the phone. Get your pen and write this down.
T--M--A--R. My experience with these clowns is that they are looking for suckers to pump
their stock of the day for their real client's stock. To be fair, I have gotten good tips also
(maybe they were lucky in spite of themselves). Any info we get on insider selling will be
much too late to act upon. Insider buying they report immediately, selling they wait until the
45 day period is near. This is a wide spread practice on most stocks. Too much at stake
for people to be ethical. Note: The nice part of all of this for the insiders is that it is all legal.
Good Luck To All
