Brian, your math is good but your number is suspicious. I read the filing as $35 million (and I think this is net of fees.)

I suspect there is some concern that DR may not be as hot an offering as everyone thinks. Some big players are moving into this market and for all the customers DR has, if three of them do not renew their "short term" contracts, revenues will tumble.

...And then there is always the good chance of a bear market.
