Karin, et al., Continuation of previous post.... As a delayed thought I pulled up insider trading on MSFT. biz.yahoo.com Note that there hasn't been an insider buy since July '97. Where Bill Gates acquired 1,519 shares! Perhaps, he needed to round his holdings to the nearest million... Or take a look at biz.yahoo.com A number of proposed sales, but not any actuals. I'll assume that you know what the Creative Labs chart looks like.... If you're not convinced yet on the lack of correlation between insider trading and share value. Try picking a sampling of stocks that have gone up and gone down and compare them with the insider trades.... Best Regards, Jim
